Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more (after promotions and discounts are applied) shipped to a single US address (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Freight Shipping Information

Some large items are too big for standard parcel delivery (FedEx/UPS) and must be shipped via freight carrier.

Please provide a daytime phone number when placing your order so the freight company can contact you to arrange delivery. It's helpful to obtain the freight company's contact information in case you need to reschedule delivery.

Freight deliveries are typically made "to the curb." Drivers are not responsible for moving items indoors. Please arrange for assistance if needed, and ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.

Always inspect your shipment before signing. If packaging is damaged but the contents appear intact, note this on the delivery receipt. If you suspect product damage, please contact our Customer Support Line at (207) 887-1070.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be in unused condition. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit Card Information

The checkout message ("By providing your card information, you allow Quivers, Inc. to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.") means that Quivers is authorized to process payments as needed for the transaction. Quivers does not automatically retain card details for future payments unless a customer specifically chooses to save their card, such as when logged in and using a platform feature that explicitly offers a 'Save Card' option. If this option is not present or enabled, card information is not kept for future purchases. Quivers takes privacy and security very seriously, as described in their Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled securely, and any retention of card information is always user-driven and with clear consent.
